Are you affected by the newly closed U-turn slot in front of National Bookstore, Katipunan Avenue?

So close yet so far away...

If you want to go to Ateneo from the U.P. area, you now have to go up the Katipunan fly-over and make a U-turn in Santolan Ave. That's an extra 3 kilometers! (You can still use the U-turn slot under the Katipunan fly-over but the traffic there is worse.)
